Il est donc conseill\u00e9 aux personnes \u00e0 risque de consommer des fruits de mer avec mod\u00e9ration et pas tous les jours. Variez votre alimentation pour un bon \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recommandations de consommation de sel de l\u2019ANSES* sont de maximum 6,5 g pour les femmes et les enfants et 8 g pour les hommes.
