M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients sauf le beurre et le sucre en grain. Laisser lever 1 \u00e0 2 h dans un endroit ti\u00e8de&nbsp;avec un torchon dessus pour \u00e9viter le dess\u00e8chement : sur un radiateur ou dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 une minute \u00e0 40\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer le beurre. Verser dans le moule et laisser encore lever jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te atteigne le bord du moule (environ 30 \u00e0 45 min.). Pr\u00e9chauffer le four sur 180\u00b0C. Saupoudrer le sucre en grains.
