Faire revenir l\u2019ail dans l\u2019huile chaude quelques minutes. Jeter les tagliatelles et les faire cuire quelques minutes \u00e0 feu plut\u00f4t vif en remuant fr\u00e9quemment. La consistance doit rester un peu croquante. Saler et poivrer. Lorsqu\u2019elles ont refroidi, ou avant de servir, ajouter les graines et les herbes cisel\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default\"><p><strong>Int\u00e9r\u00eats nutritionnels<\/strong><\/p><p>Cette recette light apporte des fibres et de la vitamine A avec les carottes, des om\u00e9ga 9 avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.
